Our Founders warned about the dangers of an all-powerful executive branch. They knew that an out-of-control federal government would mean the downfall of our Republic.

Now, in less than a year in office, the Biden Administration is proving their warnings correct. We’re witnessing a full-court press to reshape America into a socialist dystopia, complete with Open Borders, Critical Race Theory propaganda, Gun Control, Runaway Spending, and Rising Inflation.

As your Attorney General, I have challenged the Biden Administration’s unprecedented and unconstitutional actions on numerous occasions, but sadly, there is more work to be done. Defending Alabama’s sovereignty requires constant vigilance, I am ready and willing to continue the fight.

Combatting Violent Crime

Alabama lawmakers and elected officials have a duty to protect the life and liberty of our neighbors, no matter where they lay their heads at night.

We CANNOT bend to the insanity of the Socialist “Defund The Police.” Not now, and not ever.

To truly #BacktheBlue means fighting to ensure that our law enforcement community has the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done.

Every day, our first responders risk their lives simply by putting on their uniforms and performing their duties, so we must honor them and never take for granted the sacrifices they make on our behalf.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”

Religious Liberty

Most Americans still recognize that ours is a Nation built upon the promise of religious liberty. The very first amendment to our Bill of Rights even declares that:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

However, beginning with Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court has systematically imposed a laundry list of legal exemptions for abortion that not only defy health and safety standards but are also unconstitutional and without historical foundation.

We have strayed so far from the principles upon which this was country was founded, but it’s not too late to make a difference. I hope you’ll join me in holding the line.

Public Corruption

As Attorney General, I’ve fought criminals and corrupt officials at every level of government over the last 4.5 years.

I firmly believe that those who betray the public trust should be called to account for their crimes and face serious consequences. 

Our trust in elected officials and those that serve the public in our government must be restored. I will not tolerate bad actors who illegally enrich themselves or use their office for personal gain at the expense of Alabamians.
